MSC Network Operations Center (NOC) is located in the Subic Space Center. They provide technical support through the following activities:
- Coordinate with the Satellite Engineer in configuration of Agila2 transponders for testing and activation
- Assist customers with antenna verification test of their earth station
- Provide on-site assistance to customers for RF coordination and antenna repointing
- Assist customers during link problems
